de-programmngWho has never wished for ways to stop the mind from performing the same uncomfortable thoughts over and over again?

At times, it seems as if thought-forms are so deeply conditioned into us that there’s no control over the thinking process at all.  It becomes clear that it’s often not us thinking, but programs running on their own accord.

Ever since I learned NLP and Hypnosis during the’ 90s, I’ve searched for even easier and more efficient methods to de-program the mind.

Emotions are a sum of body and mind, a result of thoughts and hormones reacting to each other, each triggering and amplifying the other. While it is difficult to directly master our emotions, it is possible to gain mastery over our thinking. When our thoughts change, our emotional state shifts.

Family, teachers, society, religion, peer groups, lovers, with all these we’ve received mental programs.  Throughout our lives, especially during childhood when our psyches were wide open and receptive, we absorbed whatever conditioning was implemented.

Coupled with personal trauma that separated us from a healthy sense for Self, these programs add up to massive negative self-talk, for a majority of people in the so-called civilized world.

Many of us be-lie-ve that we’re not good, right, enough, loved, accepted, acknowledged (fill in your own issues). Again and again, we vibrate such thoughts inside, and out into life which responds accordingly, sending us people and situations that seem to prove our be-lie-fs to be true.

Self-loathing was my day-in-day-out for most of my life. Already at the age of eight, I felt completely ‘messed up’ and my greatest wish was to ‘start afresh’, without the burdens I already carried in my psyche.

De-programming the mind is a fresh start. It’s a process though, it doesn’t move mountains from one day to the other; but with time and repetition (the subconscious learns by repetition), it changes the entire inner landscape.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

In 2009, I stumbled upon EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique (1) -, ‘tapping’.  This already came in nice and dandy, but it was not yet ‘the thing’ for me. I didn’t enjoy tapping negative thoughts into my system, although I realized that this is a way to make them conscious and release them. I also found it being too much work, lol, and too movement-oriented for my taste.

I’m a lazy person, and I’ve learned to view it in the most positive sense of the word: I don’t like wasting energy.  I like what I do to be most efficient and effective with the least amount of energy required to accomplish tasks. Thus, I kept searching for even better (for me) methods.

BSFF – Be Set Free Fast

BSFF – Be Set Free Fast (2) – was the next step. Once I overcame my resistance to its very mental structure, it turned out to be a helpful tool. With BSFF, I had to read out loud a set of sometimes strange sounding commands – codes – to the subconscious mind. It took almost an hour to do it, but is required only once and worth the effort.  At the end of this process, I gave it a name, and commanded that my subconscious automatically runs the entire process whenever I say or think that name.

After installing this program to uninstall other programs, I simply used my code word whenever I found myself stuck with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Over the course of a year, my negative thinking eased quite a bit. I still run BSFF at times; the moment a thought comes up that confuses me or has a grip on me, repeating my code word does a pretty good job, it helps me to detach.

And still, this too was not yet it.  EFT is too much of an effort, but at least I can feel it work in my body and energy field. BSFF is simple and easy to use, but too mental, I can’t feel the process. While my mind is a precious tool and highly valued, I’m a feeling person in the first place, very focused on energies moving through my body and energy field. The deeper I feel, the more I ‘get it’.

When I entered the precursor of our GaiaScene Forum, a Yahoo mailing list, in 2012, I found a tool that Jeannie Alvin (3), one of the members, had posted.

Here was what I had searched for: a lazy-man’s way for de-programming the mind.  Just consciousness required, perfect for me.

With Jeannie’s friendly permission to publish and alter this method, I share it with you today. If you work on yourself, are fed up of ever-repeating patterns and thought-forms, and look for a way to receive a maximum of benefit for a minimum of input, you may feel invited to try it out. 

Define an issue that bothers you and imagine a beneficial desired state, then read the following to yourself while addressing a force that is greater than your conscious mind (according to your beliefs and mind-set: instead of the term God you might use universal force, source, spirit, or whatsoever fits you):

The Cause, Core, Record and Effect Game / Process / Prayer

Dear _(God, Greater Self, or your term)__ , please heal the cause, core, record and effect of __any negativity or condition__ (say as little or as much as you wish as you describe the problem) from my subconscious, my unconscious, and my conscious minds; from all my bodies and chakras; from this life and all lives, including parallel lives; from ancestral karma and soul family karma; from everything known and unknown, all vows, contracts, decisions, and beliefs.

Illumine me from all denials, heal the cellular memories of all negativity and pain from all points of entry. Heal all people, all dimensions, times and spaces.

Please bring back all soul fragments, remove negative cords, clear chakra links, contracts, promises, spells, miasms, and negative thought forms, and please let me feel the related sensations in my physical body.

Please forgive me and all others for everything related to this.
I forgive myself and all others for everything related to this.

I command/call in    _(describe your desired state) or better,
in perfect alignment with my divine plan and greatest good.

I am naming this our  _(give the process a name)  _   game/prayer/process.

Now, _(God, Greater Self, or your term)_ , let’s do/play our _(the name you gave)_ game/prayer/process
(all day/night long / 24/7 until the issue is resolved).

(Now notice your sensations.)

Effortless Work-Play

Once the ‘game’ is installed (I like it playful, therefore I call it game), this text doesn’t need to get repeated anymore. It’s enough to say or think, “Dear Greater Self (or your term), let’s play our xyz game” and the process starts.

Being aware of the sensations is key with this method.  I pefer to repeat a few times after the intitial sentence, by thinking only the words “xyz game” every few seconds; each time the sensations in my body get amplified. 

I can feel it running through my body and brain, it gives me vibrations, sometimes even dizziness. If I don’t feel anything, it’s usually for one of two reasons: either the issue isn’t vibrant anymore (or right now), or my consciousness is anchored in a frequency above 3-4d.  In 5d+, I have no attachment to and discomfort about any issue, therefore the game doesn’t play.

Sometimes, I play these games various times the day – like in the cashier cue or at the bus stop, whenever I’m idle for a few minutes -, sometimes not at all for many months, depending on my state of consciousness. Each issue needs various repetitions, and each time it loses more and more charge.

Nowadays, I hardly perform any negative self-talk anymore. Besides loving myself up for whatever arises from the inside, this tool is one of my major helpers for de-programming the mind.

thinkingJeanne Alvin: The Cause, Core, Record and Effect Process/ Partnership Prayer/ Game

This process is so simple, I often call it a game. For those who use prayers, this partnership prayer process is similar; use the term as you would to pray, such as Jesus or God or Allah.

For the scientifically minded who don’t pray, you could use a term that fits for you. You know you have more than your conscious mind, so you might use the term Greater Mind or Greater Self, or Universal Intelligence, or Cosmic Consciousness, or The Force.

Notice the area of your heart, then sincerely speak the rest of the process, partnership prayer, or game, if you prefer calling it a game.

You will name each process a wonderful shortcut. I suggest naming it something simple or neutral or positive. For example, to heal lung trouble, you might call it “breathing freely,” to heal an upset with another person, you could use that person’s name.

Once you name it, you do not need to ever repeat the upper portion. You simply use your term “Dear Greater Self, or Dear God, let’s do our “X” process / play our “X” game, putting in the name you chose. Your part is to notice the physical sensations in your body, that is all. Many troubles clear this way.

The discovery that our troubles can clear away by noticing our physical sensations, and that we can call them forth, which we do with these games/processes/prayers, is a discovery I share in my book. The next day, or a year later, you only need to say, “Dear Greater Self, or Dear God, let’s play our “X” game, or let’s do our “X” prayer and that Greater Self, or God, will have remembered the whole process.

For the miracle healing process, you can begin at any time by creating one of these processes or “games” for yourself for anything you want healed. I suggest playing the game daily for that condition until it is totally healed. You can create and play more than one game at a time. People find this process very, very powerful on its own.
