Some Thoughts About Time

I’m sure that you, like me, have heard many times that time is not real, that we live in a hologram and it just seems real to us. Yes, it does.

Honestly, I am getting tired of hearing this repeated over and over. For those of us who live here in the third dimension, time is as real as it gets. Yes, I do understand that it does not exist in the higher dimensions, but last time I checked, I am still living here.

Now, for some useful information. Time is elastic. We can speed it up or we can slow it down. I know – I’ve done it and you can too. I will tell you how, but first I would like to share a true story with you where I slowed time down.

I was in Southern California on a business trip and had to fly home on Friday of a holiday weekend. I grew up in Southern California and often worked there in my business travels, so I was intimately familiar with its freeway system.

This day, when I headed across the L.A. Basin to the John Wayne Airport in Orange County, I ran into unexpected traffic. I knew how long it would normally take to make the trip in Friday afternoon traffic and always allowed extra travel time, but there was no way I was going to make it to the airport in time to catch my flight on this day.

This is when I decided to use the technique taught in a metaphysical class I had attended years before. I had nothing to lose, although when I originally heard about this, I did not buy into it – at all. So, I sent out my guides to help clear the way for me, which they did.

Then I visualized an analog clock and focused on visualizing that the minute hand was moving v e r y slowly, and occasionally jumping backward. My attention to this process was very intense.

As I drove, it seemed to be working! Then I arrived at the airport with time to spare! This visualization worked beyond anything I could have imagined.

I gave thanks to my guides for their help and now understood that while I could stretch or shrink “my time” it didn’t have to have any effect on anyone else’s time. I learned that day that time is flexible and can be manipulated.

And then there are alternate time-lines, but that is a story for another day.

When you get into a pinch time-wise, try managing your time, just as I did. It will work. I have done it several times since then. It’s a magnificent thing. This is another tool God has given us to help us get through the day.
