In my own case, being wiped out this week was about a hospital visit a few days ago over a kidney stone. Ouch!
Oh, I’m fine now and have a recovery course in process, but I’m not the only one who’s feeling this unbelievable tiredness right now.
We have a weekly meeting each Thursday with some of the blog staff. When I begged off to sleep instead, I found out everyone else is feeling this insane tiredness too. Ok, then. Let’s try for next week.
For those of us who’ve been paying close attention to what’s being shared online about the energies streaming in, and the process of going through Ascension at this time, we’ve been told this was coming. Now, whether this is the ‘reason’ so many of us are feeling bottomed out is one of those questions we might wish to ponder.
I can’t say definitively one way or the other. I can only note what I’m feeling and what is being reported among my peers. And that is that we’re wiped. Tired, longing for much sleep, heavy, without energy or enthusiasm enough to get moving on anything much, other than sustaining the next moment for the basics of survival.
I have a lot of compassion for this. I have to, as my body is insisting on rest mode and it’s not kidding. I also have compassion for those who don’t have as good as an ‘excuse’ as I do.
I’d like to suggest that an excuse isn’t needed to honor what the body is asking for; what the moment is asking for in terms of whether or not there is energy available to take the next step, whatever we might think that is.
We’re not so good at honoring the moment (as yet). At least not from what I’ve been observing. May we find the way to honor what the moment is presenting to us, and drop all the judging whether or not it’s justified.
